Solar Powered Road Traffic Blinker
System
Led based Blinker system consisting
of:
- Led lamp unit
- Solar Panel
- Control and
monitoring panel with batteries, charger, controller, dusk/dawn
switch.
Led lamp
unit: It will consist of 176 nos. of Ultra Bright, Day light
visible, yellow amber leds, water tight 3mm thick FRP housing with
UV stabilized front cover with 300mm (+10) display area,
Solar Panel:
It will be of 12V, 36 Watt,
Tata Bp Solar or maharshi Electronics and sun watt or equivalent panel.
Control &
Monitoring Panel: It will
consist of 12V, 25Ah battery, charger controller electronic unit
having following feature.
- Temperature
componsated cut off.
- Over
and charging cut off
- Over
under voltage cut off
- Low
battery discharge off
- Automatic
switching of lamp unit at dusk/daw depending upon intensity of
ambient light
The
whole system is enclosed in 18 swg, powder coated M. S. Sheet panel
having IP-55 grade protection for water and dust.
